ADA Connected Glass Resource Pack [64×64]

This resource pack adds high-resolution textures which remove the frame for the glass textures. The result is glass which looks as if it is connected as there are no outer borders disconnecting the blocks. It’s really cool and useful if you want a more modern and simplistic design for your glass textures in-game.

Creator: Ahmad Afrianto

Here are some of the glass blocks with the resource pack enabled.

And here’s how it looks like in vanilla Minecraft with no resource pack enabled. It’s a very distinguishable difference!

Should have called it L.A.G. Less Annoying Glass

This should be paired with Faithful texture pack by LukasPlaysGames, specialy in the 64x version

Is it possible for you to make it so that it connects with glass, but not an actual block? So like there’s an outline only when it is attached to a block.

It’s great! As much as I want it to look like optifine glass, it’s just not possible..

Is it possible to have the cleaner stained glass and the connected glass in one pack?

is it just me, or is the light grey glass not working right???

    • ThatGuyTrever says:

No its me to, just rename the glass_light_gray picture to glass_silver to get it to work. The only reason in needs to be silver is because that was Minecrafts way of detecting Light Gray quicker.

Thank Goodness this was made!!! It’s always annoyed the crap out of me that the glass was in separate blocks. You pretty much fixed the greatest Minecraft problem ever. Thank you so much, it looks great!

you missed the light gray glass

  14. AtlanZ says:

Thank you! I HATED normal glass, and it connected all the time. This helps me a lot with that problem! Thanks, but is there a chance that you can add borders ONLY for the outside of glass? Like, all borders are gone EXCEPT for the edges? 🙂

  15. ThatGuyTrever says:

For everyone talking about the light grey glass, he didn’t miss it, he just named it wrong. In the files it is named “glass_light_gray” when it is suppost to be “glass_silver.” Please don’t get mad at him, it is a simple mistake.

Looks really bad, since it doesn’t remove the lines between the glass blocks. Defeats the purpose. I wouldn’t download this.
