Autumn Texture Pack

This texture pack turns the birch leaves red, and grass and leaves are changed into a more dark and orange color. It’s done with something called colormap so it’s compatible with every other texture pack (such as John Smith Legacy) and it works with all pixel definitions (16x, 32x etc). It’s great if you are looking to give your worlds a more warm and cozy autumn feeling.

Creator: Sam Syvv (also known as samueric)

Here is an image of how the world looks with the Autumn Texture Pack enabled. If I were to disable it then the world would have looked less orange and more green.

It is possible to enable other texture packs (such as John Smith Legacy) as seen down below and it will still work. Just make sure to keep the Autumn Texture Pack as top priority in your global resource settings.

Here’s another image of the John Smith Legacy and the Autumn pack combined.

The next two images are using the default textures and the autumn pack.

Installation

  1. Download Resource .McPack
  2. Open Minecraft PE
  3. Settings > Global Resources > Activate pack (make sure it is set to top priority if you are using it with other texture packs)

You can get a .ZIP file for this pack here.

This “texture pack” idea is fantastic! A really good use for colormaps. Simple, yet so effective. I love it!

Cool! Does it work with Dragon Dance Texture Pack?

    • Editor says:

It should work with any other texture pack as long you keep this pack as top priority in your global resource settings.

Also can you who made this, or somebody make a winter one like this? That would be awesome!

Yes, of course, if I manage to get the colors right! (This is my second “account” on mcpedl, with which I write comments)

I just tried it out, and I don’t like it very much. It looks so sad and black&white. But maybe I’ll remember and upload it a few days before Christmas… (I can ofcourse give you a privat download and upload it officially in a few months)

Wow! That is very cool in the sense that it is still compatible with other resource packs. I love this! I can still use any textures I want but still get the same colors!

I like it and all but the colors remind me of a savana and only the birch leaves have a true difference also does not work with shaders all the waviness stop and make complete lag all the time.

The birch tree leaves in your inventory are not red, but if you were to place it, it turns red. Why is it green in your inventory? Just a small texture fix. Go to “birch_leaves_carried”
and change it to a red texture.

Hey, is there any way you’d be willing to make a spring pack, ideally where all oak trees are flowering cherry trees or something?

  15. Witherbrine699 says:

To be honest, this is the best texture pack I’ve ever seen. Even now, it not being autumn, I still have it equipped! Please make more texture packs! 😀
