I'm pretty sure you can just use functions and tick.json for this stuff.
1
Agreed. Infact, you could do this with even command blocks if you wanted. Not sure of the reason behind using Gametest when functions would work just as well.

conclusion is addon suck.

addon use script instead of tick.json, this means it wont work on mobile.
jump boost effect will dissapear if you go over a fence.
just use a beacon or carpet over the fence instead of using this addon and sacraficing the world achievement.

this addon needs a lot of improvements and fix.

You are right you use scripts but you are wrong in 1 thing this type of scripts is gametest therefore if it is compatible with cell phones you only have to activate the experimental option of gametest and it is more effective than tick.json because with gametest you can get the name of the player instead in tick.json you are forced to use @py it is less efficient
1
If it works on mobile, because it uses gametest scripts, if you don't know, don't speak

does the game test framework is necessary?
and if i have jump boost effect for 1 min will the effect stay or they will gone after 1 second?
1
If it is necessary only the experimental games but if you do not want to activate all just activate the one that says Gametest Framework, and the effect lasts 1 second and it will be constant if you are close to a go and it will be removed only when you are no longer close to the go
