Lukas’ Java Parity Pack

Lukas’ Java Parity Pack is a resource pack that aims to close the parity gap between Java Edition and Bedrock Edition. This resource pack accomplishes this by changing small parity issues to make them closer to the Java Edition. This resource pack was designed to be compatible with nearly every type of content available: UI packs, resource packs, shaders, marketplace content, and other types of content. Additionally, all devices are supported – from Windows 10 with RTX to consoles to mobile devices.

Should i put the VanillaEx add-on pack above this pack?

  2. KrispyBacon says:

Can you add the java crit sounds? Or does that have to be a separate addon? I’d love to see it either way

I have problems with this resource pack
-In java, using or iracting an item will pop in the hotbar and in the inventory
-I don’t like the shield icon that was put in this pack
-Some items in the inventory looks a bit odd
Example: stick and blaze rods, swords, pickaxes, axes, hoes, shovels etc.

    • 1. The hotbar animation in Java only appears when picking up items, not every time you use or interact with an item. Removing it on bedrock causes it to not show at all. There isn’t anything I can do about that, unfortunately.

      2. If you are having issues with the shield icon rendering, please carefully read the installation instructions again. Otherwise it is the Java Edition shield, which I will be not changing.

      3. No items other than those explicitly stated in the changelog were altered. It could be possible you installed the pack wrong causing items to be rendered incorrectly. Again, I would advise you to carefully read the installation instructions.

[Feedback] Fix the Attack Damage stats on tooltip. For example a Iron Sword has +6 attack damage and do critical-hit to a Blaze (just for example) by 2 times, it’s KO. But actually Iron Sword deal 7 damage, said the Minecraft BE wiki. And another but last is Attack Damage stats that being increased from the Sharpness enchantment should included X.25 or X.5 and X.75 to tooltips like what Java does in (e.g +15.25 Attack Damage, mentioned below) here a example but in Bedrock Edition. The Netherite Sword enchanted with Sharpness V would dealing up to 15.25 damages (thus it is capable to one jump-hit against Zombie (and their variants) although the tooltip stats say +14 Attack Damage.

    • Unfortunately the Attack Damage tooltip is hardcoded. The most I can do is change the “Attack Damage” localization and color.

      • idonohaveminame says:

Well, thats a RIP. The first was Java durability bar colors and then now the second one “Fix Attack Damage stats tooltip (even damage amount stats cannot be changed its color into green from blue)” are neither to be modified through the use of RP nor Addon. I thought to expected that the Attack Damage stats would a piece of cake to code it with..

Great update, but as I am using Bedrock Tweaks (by Techrock), I found the following:

    – End Rod inventory texture remains unchanged in Endless End Rods
    – Scaffolding inventory texture remains unchanged when using Unobtrusive Scaffolding
    – The shield texture looks bordered.

    • Resource packs that change scaffolding and end rods will be replaced with the vanilla assets due to how it works. You need to take a high resolution screenshot of the icons and replace them in the icons directory.

Regarding the shield, please carefully read the installation instructions again. There are special instructions you need to follow when using other add-ons.

  6. Bad_wordsday says:

can you make a pack that only have the java f3 coordinates, or maybe try making a texture pack that lets you use the f3 function?

  7. MC Clout says:

You should change the texture of structure Void cuz java have a cross and blue barrier for structure void you can check it out on YouTube

  9. CoolAwesomeMiners says:

I love the new update of this parity pack, Lukas. I have many suggestions for you on what to make next for version 2.3.0:

    – Shaded Block: End Portal Frames
    – Java Styled Heads, Fence Gates, Conduits

That is all I have for now, thanks!

  10. idonohaveminame says:

for the unknown reasons, when im using this RP in my world. it made all entities(such as mobs, chests(shulker boxes), block entities, player and other entities-related are being invisible and grass blocks color rendering as dark green at certainly place. my device is ip6s

    • This is evidence of a shader error, but I am unable to reproduce it on Android or Windows 10. It is possible this is an iOS specific issue. If this continues, please download and use the version marked for consoles and RTX.

      • idonohaveminame says:

OMG thank you, it really fixed on RTX/console files one, my platform is iOS. i were thought the game bugs and i rated for 6 stars for your helpfully answer!

  11. FuminoFuruichi says:

Can you do coordinates as usual? You just added “.000” after them (X.000 / Y.000 / X.000), I think it’s pretty useless @@.

  12. MasterBertzYT says:

Cool pack I really like it. Good job

  13. Ra_The_RECKER says:

Thanks you for making this! I have the java advancements and F3 screen mod, and this All I need now is the java inventory!

  14. ImVanillaSkyYT says:

I noticed that in Java, grass seems to be way bigger. Can you add that in? .-.

  15. Guest-5404511330 says:

Could you make a separate resource pack for removing the category name in survival for items and the changed coordinates?

  16. Guest-2363428365 says:

the cords do not appear modified, they look normal, they do not say x, y, z

  17. lucas mecânico says:

Hey Lukas, I saw that you managed to change the glass panels and the chest, there are 2 java items that are different in the bedrock edition:
fence gate, shield. could you make them look similar or even equal to java edition? great job to the 1000 note resource pack

  18. Guest-3422312240 says:

Hey Lukas, great pack. I’d like to know how you change the inventory sprites for glass panes, as I have been trying myself and can’t seem to get it to work.

  19. Guest-3816111213 says:

Can you make a feature where when your health regenerates or takes damage it flashes similar to legacy console/java

  20. KevinCraftGames says:

When will the shield slot be implemented? This is a feature that I’ve been looking for a long time …

  21. Guest-3741931030 says:

Could you use a resource pack with only the glass pane like java’s this would be great! Thanks.

  22. Guest-7322856357 says:

I have found a bug in this update. Whenever you hold an enchanted item for instant a sharpness 5 sword the enchantment wont say that the sword has sharpness 5 on it in the hotbar slots. Overall, this is great and hope can fix this!

  23. Guest-3282780944 says:

Can you make the item frame as a entity because its state is block entity meaning that the entity state can place item frames anywhere you want even on torches.

  27. Guest-7822982236 says:

It doesnt work for my xbox

  28. This is an amazing pack!

  29. Guest-5837820813 says:

Why am I a guest?!?! So anyways, as I was putting your texture pack beneath Java Aspects because it was compatible, I got an error saying something about the .json file. I continued and noticed that the XP level number was not outlined anymore, and so as the XP bar as it reverted back to Bedrock rather than Java. But the item names and its rarity is fine. I noticed that if it is on top of Java Aspects, everything would work just fine. Is there any reason why this error appeared in the first place, or is there something wrong with either the resource pack that it is compatible with, or that your resource pack needs a hotfix on the unexpected error. Thanks!

    • Aspects and LJP use the same chunk of code in hud_screen.json, except mine is more heavily edited. You have to apply this above Aspects, otherwise a lot of features will not work. I try and to make it compatible with as much stuff as I can when this pack is applied on top.

  30. Guest-9860473217 says:

Can you add sound please? Like door and trapdoor sound will match in java please!

    • Guest-8651558766 says:

Java Aspects adds sounds, and also texture, animations, particles, etc. from Java Edition

Java Aspects is compatible with this pack as mentioned in the description:
” -**This pack is best suited for use with Java Aspects by @agentms_. Please consider downloading Aspects and applying this pack above Aspects** “

Could you release the chat filter remover as am own texture pack?

  32. Guest-5954431883 says:

Could you make Lukas’s Java Parity Pack compatible with vdx java ui v1.10

  33. Guest-9581074704 says:

How do I remove the colour for the roofed forest biome? The colour map being messed up for the forest bothers me a bit

  34. Lord_Khufu says:

Can you tell me which file is the one that removes the popping animation of items use in hotbar so i could delete it, i really want that feature back but I can’t seem to found the file

  35. this means that lags from java will come to bedrock with this pack!?? 😀

  36. Guest-4328806158 says:

I would suggest to also add the sound of the Enchantment Table, it’s a quite of very good detail.

  37. ImVanillaSkyYT says:

Is it possible to change the texture of entities shadow? If so, please make the entities shadow pixelated like it is in Java.

  38. Guest-3720709200 says:

The pack keeps crashing and I have to reinstall mcpe again. Not good 🙁

  39. Guest-5781696583 says:

if im correct or wrong just tell me ok

BTW, this is awesome! i finally found a perfect one!

    • Guest-3116412605 says:

      The other ones better

      • Guest-4731054060 says:

Lukas’s Java Parity Pack isn’t supposed to replace Java Aspects, which I think is what you’re referring to. If it’s not, then whelp, but in the description, it says it goes along with Java Aspects:

” -**This pack is best suited for use with Java Aspects by @agentms_. Please consider downloading Aspects and applying this pack above Aspects** “

  44. Guest-7991160803 says:

  45. Guest-2988081539 says:

can you make the block-hit animaitons?

  46. Guest-2683996569 says:

can you add java sound because the bedrock edition needs parity on the sound

    • Guest-5464202559 says:

Java Aspects can do this as well as add many other stuff that are in Java Edition

Java Aspects is compatible with this pack as mentioned in the description:
” -**This pack is best suited for use with Java Aspects by @agentms_. Please consider downloading Aspects and applying this pack above Aspects** “
