Chase the Skie Update 1.21.6

Texture of the Dry Ghast, Ghastling, and Happy Ghast were added.
The Happy Ghast spawn egg was added.
The Tear disc was added.
New outlook regarding the update.
All the happy ghost harnesses with their color variant were added.

Minor changes in the texture pack

Snow Texture and Powdered Snow modified.
Textures of volcanic tuff have been simplified.
Minor change in the grass block.
Change in the texture of the Nether portal.

Remember, this package is still not compatible with the new Vibrant Visuals; I will work on a compatible version and it will be worth the wait :).
