Health Bar Texture Pack (See Other's Health!)

Jealous of java players getting all the good stuff like block detectors and more importantly health bars to know their opponent's health? Today I have made a texture pack just for that!

Somehow it isn't working on servers in general, it shows the health bar, but it dosn't show the actual players hp, i mean, the hp bar dosn't decrease.
I tested on featured servers and normal servers too, like brokenlens.
I think the problem is that the resource pack isn't collecting the player's NBT data correcly on servers, so maybe it only works on normal worlds, can u pls fix it?
