The MineMoney add-on adds Minecraft-store inspired currency to your Survival or Roleplay worlds! With 13 new items, 12 new blocks, 2 new mobs, more chest loot, etc. you can trade with other players or horde your riches in a vault until your heart's content.

If you mean what experimental settings you should turn on, you should just turn on all of them every time you use any add-on.
Like how people do shops without this add-on (they use diamonds instead of cash items), you would just need to put a price on a sign and stock in a chest, and trust the people you are playing with to not steal your stock and actually insert their cash when they take an item. (I mean, that's how stores work in real life...)
For people with access to commands and stuff, you could do things with the Balance scoreboard, or clearing items out of inventories and such, but there isn't really a survival way besides trust.
