Music and Melody

Music and Melody completely overhauls the vanilla soundtrack (without removing existing tracks) with a plethora of all-new integrated music from talented artists, giving vanilla a massive music expansion. An official port (I am the original creator) of the music-half of Java's Legacies and Legends mod.

I'm going to be honest I haven't used this however Rebel made this very fast and I commend them for that. Fantastic job!

Hey, because you've worked with music packs before I have a suggestion that might do well, or a suggestion that I know I would use for sure. The idea is that you could add (or replace because I believe adding music is impossible) Some of the best songs off of "One - By C418" an album that is almost like an unrelease Minecraft album. ever since I heard it I've tried to find it on here but I cant so I've decided to ask you. If your not up for thee task I get it, but if so then that's awesome!

Hi there! I haven't had the chance to listen to the full album so I'm not going to comment on whether that's something I would take music from at this time (additionally, I'm not quite sure how to obfuscate ogg files as per his licensing at this moment, though I know it's possible), however I can confirm that adding music is easily possible without replacing - that's what this project has done! It's quite simple, and the bedrock sound_definitions.json works similarly to the java sounds.json, so there are no limitations there. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for the response in the meantime until i find a pack with One, ill use yours 😊

You guys will probably have to convert the pack into zip then unzip it then bring the file to minecraft>com.mojang>resource packs then drop it in there. Then exit files open minecraft and it should be installed

Oh, did I mess up the mcpack? My bad, will publish a fix today (though it will pend moderator approval ofc) so that it installs automatically. Really sorry about that, thanks for helping out others while this mistake was made!

I have published an update with a fix, however it will take a bit for mcpedl to approve it. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi there! This addon resource pack is purely client-side so be sure to require players to install the pack when joining (in world settings)

The bug wasn't fixed in this v1.0.1 release, however I'm pending approval for v1.0.2 which does and even reskins 2 vanilla discs to brand-new ones!

Glad to hear you're enjoying the pack, and thanks for the nice comment!

Update: all the issues have been fixed in the now-released v1.1.0, plus a couple new music tracks have been added!
