No More Unloading Minecarts Addon

[1.19] Have you ever tried sending a minecart to transport some items somewhere long distance or back to a friend only to find out that you have to follow it all the way back? Well this addon solves just that!

With this addon would it cause every single mineshaft in a world to be constantly loaded?

Hi there.
I just wanna mention that I have tested this add-on myself and it works very well. I do hope you update it over time for future versions of Minecraft.
I also wanna note that, this add-on can be good and bad. Mainly bad because it can be used to load chunks for you. Meaning that it allows not only for continuing the growth of crops, continuation of the mob spawners, growing of dripstones, etc.. This add-on is also used for lag machines.
I sure hope you posting this add-on here can be good for those who are new to chunk loading, but catastrophic for those who know about chunk loading and could wreck havoc.

This is actually genius for redstone, could hook it all up so that a minecart goes around farms resouces to a central hub.

Only issue is not all minecarts are needed to be ticking minecarts so i would be nice to toggle if it can tick with a toggle option for each minecart.
