Just delete the "chest" folder through the file explorer (games> com.mojang> resource_packs> ADVANCED VANILLA TEXTURE PACK> textures> entity> chest)

You stole textures from other packs. The most notable is the pickaxe and axe shapes and textures from John Smith and the skeleton texture from another pack which I forget the name.
