AArcstudios Modern HD Texture Pack:

In this update: checked compatibility and made sure pack works with new update, removed old font and loading screen, updated photos and redid description, added new instruction video. Will slowly be updating this pack by adding new blocks and removing old ones.

try using minecraft 1.16.100 the shade will work in there because the shader will not work on version 1.16.201

The description says that the shader won't work on Windows 10. Scroll up a bit and you'll see the creators' comment suggesting another shader that might work.
