This resource pack will allow you to see heath from mobs player and more using a resource pack you can use it in server using Global resources using a simple heart icon and number to display the health. The pack can world on most new update (1.19+).

It works on 1.21.93 but need to adjust a bit. After i downloaded the mcpack, i renamed the extension to .zip. After that, open the zip file with File Manager+, and deleted the Macos folder. Then go back and rename the extension to .mcpack. And it works

My recommendation for this texture is to re-zip the file, extract, delete the other MacOS folder, enter the other folder and compress it again, change the file extension to mcpack and that's it.
