Do you ever wanted a custom hands pack? If yes that is a perfect place. Long hand looks like hand from RTX shaders. Small hand is just smaller than default hand.You can use it with java animation packs, but then put it above the java animations pack. It only changes first person render, so if you are using java animations packs then there will be this long or small hand.
