Black Mesa Is a map recreation of the famous remake of Half-Life, Black Mesa. the map features only 4 main chapters of the game for now.
in this map you play as Gordon Freeman and you are on a tram going to work every morning. you have the task to arrive in the Anomalous Materials test chamber with your hazard suit (diamond armor) but all goes wrong and you have to fight with zombies and other alien creatures that teleport in from this experiment's failure

yes i hate being unmotivated to work on something . but the important thing is that the update is OUT! eh?
what the changes are is listed down below and now I'll give you some interesting information about the Chapter 1 remaster that i have been working on for about a week now.
it's definitely 1,000,000% better than what we had for almost 3 years now. and it comes with MY OWN ADDON!!!!!! YES i have been modeling some blocks in blockBench to create all Black Mesa props that are seen the first chapter. and more to come, i may also attempt to bring all of the weapons than having an Iron hoe, Bow and a crossbow as your weapons. it'll be cool i guess.
but the main thing is that the Chapter 1 Remaster is on a completely new world. and not part of the original map. sorry :(
i have decided that it'll be easier to make it on a new world than make it on a already complicated world.

The builds are good, and the command block usage is insane.
However, my only real complaint is that there's no clear directions as to where to go at first, and the huge amount of particals used is extermely laggy. I'm only in chapter 1 right now cuz i'm recording this bit by bit, and i spent like 10 min just trying to find the room with the suit. Some of the story is hard to read cuz it goes by fast, but seems intersting. The particals are killing me tho. Lol.
that's why im remaking them completely to be more optimized and easier to play on them.
i can agree that it's hard to find where you're supposed to go. it's supposed to be hard

i actually wanted to rush myself into finishing the chapter but the final outcome was terrible. i wont rush at all and take my time, it'll be great (starting all over again)
