Block Outline and Overlay - More Colors Soon

This is a working block outline and overlay resource pack minecraft bedrock edition. I will be adding more colors in the future. This works in 1.18 and below as long as your not using a render dragon engine.

It is possible to do this on Render Dragon devices if you want more users. I use one by PXD called White Block Outline (with 1.16.200 Support) and it still works perfectly.
