Why are there two different files?

One of my favorite textures packs, but hasn't received many updates, although it would be cool if you could make a animated resource pack for the new textures. That would be cool.

Can u add some waving GRASS and LEAVES plsssss btw, keep up the good work :)

When I load the texture pack all blocks (except from the ones in the texture pack) became 5x5.

I have a problem. When I use this on IOS, it lowers the default texture pack to 5x5 instead of the normal block size. Can you help me Editor? Besides that, this Texture Pack and is AMAZING because it adds animations for a block without adding new blocks or using addons.

Plz tell me how to make Minecraft load up higher resolution resource pack

why did it change the texture of dirt to this really weird blue terracotta like block?!
