1.- Press Windows + r
2.- Write:%appdata% and intro
3.- You will be in "Roming" folder, you need to go back to "AppData" folder, so click it on the up part of tab
4.- Entry to "Local" folder
5.- search "Packages" folder and click it
6.- In the search bar put "Minecraft" and Intro, click on the folder
7.-After, click on LocalState/games/com.mojang/skin_packs and delete the skin pack you want
For the phone it is the same way you installed it
