Changelog: Chat Rank Manager v3.2.0 (The NameTag & Leaderboard Update!)

Welcome to Version 3.2.0 of the Persistent Multi-Rank System! This update makes your custom ranks more visible to everyone on the server, while handing server owners powerful new tools to manage chat spam and track active players.

Here is everything new in this update:

In-World NameTag Sync (NEW!)

Ranks are no longer restricted to just the chat box!

• Admins can enable NameTag Sync via the new Global Settings menu.
• Once enabled, the rank a player currently has equipped will physically display above their head in the world (e.g., [§4Admin] Steve) so you can identify VIPs, Staff, or Elite players instantly just by looking at them! exeprimental

Global Admin Settings Menu

Not every server wants massive chat spam when a high-level player joins. We've added a Global Settings button inside the Admin Control Panel. You can now toggle the following ON or OFF server-wide:

• Enable Chat Formatting: Completely turns off the script's chat interception if you are trying to use a different chat add-on.
• Enable Join Messages: Disables the automatic "The Grandmaster has arrived" messages to keep a busy server chat clean.
• Enable NameTag Sync: Toggles the new rank display feature!

Playtime Leaderboards

Want to know who the most dedicated players are on your server?

• The Main Menu now features a new Playtime Leaderboards button!
• All players can open this to view a live, formatted top 10 list showing who has racked up the most total playtime minutes.

ScriptEvent Support!

You no longer have to sacrifice hotbar slots holding a compass or a clock to open the Ranks menu.

• Players and Admins can now simply type /scriptevent nasa:ranks in the chat or console to instantly open the interface!
• This is perfect for server owners who want to set up an "NPC Rank Master" at spawn that triggers the menu via command block.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed the undefined Chat Bug: In older versions, equipping certain ranks or logging into the server would display the word "undefined" next to the rank in chat. This formatting error has been squashed—your prefix brackets and colors are now perfectly wrapped!
