Why does the modpack have such a large file size?

I do not know what is the reason for such a large file but I think, in my opinion only, Font packs are usually large as it changes all the texts that the game has by simply overlaying it. Font packs are large because it is full of characters, including characters that are rarely even used, thus being this large. Though, thankyouu for giving notice :>
