CORRECTED WARDEN

I dont agree with this statement of this addon.

Dont get me wrong, this is a good addon for those who want the warden to be a boss rather then what it currently is but you didnt make it more interesting.

All you did was make it slightly weaker and portray it as a boss who drops loot, and although thats fine if someone wants that, I dont think it fits vanilla as the Warden is supposed to be a challenge, something you don’t fight but avoid to get the loot in the ancient city. Yes it is true the loot isnt for everyone and there isnt enough to explore, that could have been worked on instead. Currently deep dark is only good for all the xp from the sculk if you dont have a mob farm.

It is interesting in vanilla because unlike almost every other mob, the warden is one of the only mobs you have to actually sneak around which made it different and interesting. Yet all you did was turn it into another mob just like every other, you made it more uninteresting with these changes. The addon name would be more accurately called "Boss Warden" with its change

Im not saying I have the perfect solution for making it more interesting, theres plenty ideas like if you could have added variants, some make it harder to avoid but also add ways to avoid it better, or new wardan like mobs with similar premise or do something with the ancient city to make it more unique without overfilling it with loot like some other people try to do, I dont have the ideas for this for making it more unique on the top of my head.

But I find it weird you turned a mob that different from all the others, and then made it similar to all the other mobs and call it more interesting?

Now im not saying you have to change anything, this is a good addon if people want the warden to be a boss and if that is what you intended, then you did a good job! The page and name makes people expect something different though
