Ashcients Crafting Recipes (was Deedly O' Crafting)

I don't know what's happening, but when I try to click on the file I've just downloaded, my device says that it can't open the file instead of showing me the option to use minecraft tk open it. I don't know what to do, can somebody help me?

Does this affect other recipes?

Can you use another file host that isn’t eustesee? Media fire and adfly are supported. My internet service keep flagging your current file host eustesee as malicious and won’t offer a bypass button.

Does it work for 1.13? BC you say it for 1.12 and 1.14 but in the SMV it says 1.13
