Worked great untill minecracf update 1.20.50 the addon is now broken.

Nice, this is just what I was looking for.
But, Does this work with add-ons like Malisis Doors or Door Plus ETC..?

It depends on how the doors are implemented, but theoretically it should.

Compatible with redstone?

If you are asking if this conflicts with redstone, the answer would be no and you can use both simultaneously just fine! However if you are asking if powering one door with redstone will open a neighboring door, the answer is unfortunately no. Redstone will not trigger both doors to be opened. However, it should be fairly easy to activate both doors simply by activating both doors with redstone.
