The English version it's the file named "Escape From The Prison · Unusual Worlds [v1.31] - MCM Tuber.mcworld (161.2 KB)".

Anyways, if you search the map at CurseForge, the language of the file is shown with the version of the map. Just like this: "Download (v1.31 - English)".
