Ex Nihilo Expanded + Copper Ore Trees!

Brand New Sieves that have upgrade tiers
String Mesh -> Flint -> Iron -> Diamond -> Netherite

Use Dirt, Gravel, Sand, or Soul Sand on each of the Sieves to get
different vanilla items.

Also as a Bonus I added Copper Trees to the Ore Trees Addon

This Addon is best used with a Skyblock or Skyfactory world/mod pack

i got a bug where when i break cobblestone or gravel with hammer i get the block itself and the supposed block as well

There is a problem to craft coal, diamond and emerald again from coal-, diamond- and emerald-blocks.
Please change the "identifier" in 'nugget_to_xxx.json' to something else, like "vatonage:nugget_xxx_x".
