Export World v2.0

By Radd:) Published 8 Dec 2024 · Updated 3 Apr 2025

This addon "Export World" option in Minecraft 1.21 and higher versions. It reveals the "Export World" option in the world menu, which is useful if you forgot to change the storage mode from "app" to "external" or if you simply want to share your world with friends. When you press "Export World," the game will open a file picker, allowing you to choose where you want to save your world as a .mcpack file.

Please update the texture pack to newer versions like 1.21.120+ because it no longer works.

This pack didn’t work on my phone (Pixel 8a) – my world v1.21.70 was stored in Application storage, and I couldn't access the location of the world data folder without being root. I therefore needed to export my survival world so that I could save it in a secure location to which I had access. Otherwise, should my phone crash or be replaced, the world where I spent hours playing would be lost forever. Here’s how I managed to export my world (hope this helps someone else!):
1. Turn on Airplane mode before launching Minecraft → This forces the old UI to load
2. Download the “Import/Export Button Unhider” pack (available on this website)
3. Connect your phone to your PC via USB and copy the .mcpack file to your phone (e.g., in the Download folder)
4. Disconnect your phone, open ZArchiver, browse to your Download folder, tap the .mcpack file and choose Minecraft to open it → This launches Minecraft and imports the pack.
5. Set this addon as a Global Resource in the main menu settings (not in world settings)
6. Launch the world you want to export (it should now load without crashing thanks to the old UI)
7. Pause the game > Go to Settings → I did not get “Export World” button as expected, but only the button called “Export Template” → Tap it and it will generate a .mctemplate file that you can save where you want in your phone storage (I saved mine to the Download folder)
8. Reconnect your phone to your PC via USB, find the .mctemplate file, and change the file extention to .mcworld
9. Back on your phone, open Minecraft and go to Settings > Storage and switch Storage Location to External
10. Open ZArchiver again, browse to the .mcworld file, tap it and choose Minecraft to open it → 🎉 The world will be imported and now shows up in your worlds list (under External storage) — fully playable and safe!
Hope this helps anyone trying to rescue their survival world!

Está funcionando sim, ativar no menu inicial> opções> recursos globais

Entre no mundo que você quer Exportar, e abra as opções gerais, no final da tela terá opções exportar.

Substitua o nome.mcpack e aguarde.

Observação: se estiver parando de responder, sua Chuck pode estar sobrecarregada, vá para um lugar longe sem travamento, e faça esse processo.

There is a new way to export your Minecraft world on the latest update, which is you need to use the ZArchiver app. First you go to data and find com.mojang.minecraftpe, and open the files all the way to minecraftWorlds and then tap the Minecraft world you want to export.
1
After that, select all the files inside the folder you want to export, and press the downward arrow button and the create archive table should be appear. After that press the three dots button to select the location of your Minecraft world file that you want to export for example Download folder and
1
press OK and then rename file for example WhatEverYouLike.mcworld. Should be like this -/storage/emulated/0/Download/WhatEverYouLike.mcworld And then press OK button again and your export world should be inside the Download folder.
