hello there I downloaded the fairy lights some of them worked but the rest of them are a dirt block with a weird green texture surrounding it i turned the stuff on as described but still didn't work

You can make an angled version of the garland without kraft. In BP in block properties you can make the block check the blocks that are next to it and change geometry
