Prior to 1.18.30, we had actual shaders, after 1.18.30, Mojang replaced the rendering engine to 'Render Dragon' which is used for RTX and allegedly to "improve performance" which did the complete opposite (it affected fps badly), and mobile can't even run rtx.
I advise you to not crap on bedrock players for something only Mojang could control.
I think your water is too strange --- almost transparent!
