Looks somewhat vanilla, i'd wish it could function as a fishing net (catch only that fish, which passes through it), so it will be more balanced, or to have feeders as expansion, so you can attract certain fish type, could be morr logical than "upgrades", and you can optimize runtime by making it look only like a fishing net attached to frame & submerged in water. Also, i'd wish to see iron ingot/nugget in fishing stick recipe because the hook is made of metal.
P.s great work and your modification still works on 1.19.41 (Android/MCPE), pls update description to point that out
