You can make your character's skin glow in the dark with this resource pack, but keep in mind that glowing is not the same as emitting light, it's just a visual effect.

Can other players see it if they have the pack? if not then im ok. also if i use this will they see a steve or just my skin without the glowing? 5/5 stars btw

Other players will see your shiny skin if they have the package installed, otherwise they will only see your transparent skin

I like it, but it makes skins created in the character creator look like steve, a pack that deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (10 stars), but i can only give 5 stars.

Yes I have seen this error in the aspects created in the Character Creator, unfortunately I cannot correct it since I only changed the player's material, this is a Minecraft bug.
