At the moment it is not possible to add multiple skins to the animated npc due to a small programming error. In these days I will upload the update with that fixed and the 3px npc

I put commands and then I right click or try to do anything to the npc it doesn't do commands, and also when it says something like hello the messages be like [commandblock] hello!

Have you tried deleting all the command text to test it? it is important that the commands do not have the symbol /.
And regarding the default /say, I'm trying to fix it, but for now it will stay like this

NPCs are not meant to have AI. Game coding overrides any add-on.
