Joe's Axolotl Spawn Rules

This Behavior Pack makes axolotls ignore biomes, and only spawn underground, underwater, and in light level 0. This is to make them easier to get your hands on with as few adjustments as possible. All they need is a minimum of 1 block deep water underground. Oceans are now the best place to find them, but any aquifer with sufficient stone coverage will work. This addon is compatible with any addon that modifies vanilla axolotl variants.
