I’ll admit I was a bit concerned for a moment, but no worries, my friend. Even though I was away for several weeks, I made sure everything was set up well in advance. And in case of an emergency, the most important things are set to run automatically.
So no, there was no failure — at least not with the website.
That said, I’ll be doing a more thorough follow-up just to make sure everything keeps running smoothly and to prevent any future issues.

I just handled the Bedrock port and added some of the missing exclusive features to make the experience more complete.

Yes, it’s possible although honestly, I don’t think so, and to be fair, I believe it’s better this way.
At some point I did receive a few offers and even considered talking to the original creator about publishing it on the marketplace, but in the end, I’m glad she said no.
Uploading something to the market usually means profits for the platform, but it can also bring losses for the creator not just financially, but also in terms of pressure and even a bit of exploitation for those of us who collaborate.
So no, in the end it stayed free, just as it should be. The idea is for everyone to enjoy this experience, with no limitations or barriers for anyone.
