I don't know if this is an error on my part or something, but this pack, for some reason, comes without a manifest. How is minecraft supposed to do anything with this?

Nice. Again a Pack which steals Optifines Name to get attention, has a unecessary bad looking UI, minimal FPS boost, false claims of what it can and a creator who just want make money with this.. I'm sick of this stuff. Thats thw reason why I made Performizer+. So people have a real good alternative to stuff like this.

It really didn’t help my fps using the pack, and my device is quite laggy. honestly, I don’t think bedrock texture packs can help framerate at this point in time yet.

In my honest opinion, and by testing this package on different devices I was able to observe that it uploads an average of 4-11 fps, also the first mcpack did not work for me on any of the four devices. muy bueno
