Leather+ update

NO EXPERIMENTAL FEATURES. COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER ADDONS. WORK IN 1.21.23

Most players skip the first armor in the game because it takes too long to get the resources and they get very weak armor. This add-on adds "leather pieces" (9 pieces for each vanilla leather unit), this items are used in rework recipes, wich replaces the traditional leather recipes. There is also reinforced leather armor and a bonus new item for making paper; "cellulose pulp".

reinforced leather boots sink in snow, could keep the usefulness of the vanilla leather boot. add more reinforced armor i love this idea of ​​reinforcements.
