This reminds me a lot of the Battle of Utapau scene from Star Wars episode III (Revenge of the Sith).

General Grievous takes off in a similar wheel bike after Obi-Wan slices off 2 out of his 4 arms, although he later drops it off of a cliff.

Or you could possibly call this addon. Axel Bike. Because axel from twisted metal uses the same thing. But as for copyright I wouldn't know if you would get into trouble for it.
