The pirate zombie (I think it should be called a drowned pirate since it is a drowned) and it is also a mob of the mod and add-on rotten creatures, so you should have left the credits to the creator or at least or make several changes to the texture...(You have to solve this as quickly as you can because if the creator discovers it or someone notifies them, they will report the add-on and delete it to mcpdl and your reputation could be marked)
blackstone is just nether cobblestone, so the blackstone tools and armor in this addon are way too overpowered, they should be as strong as stone tools and chain armor
and for the textures i recommend you use the colors from the blackstone texture to recreate the textures instead of overlaying it so the textures match the other tools
