I tried it on minecraft education edition with the other mod dirt is op and it works nice but
could you try making more of these? like planks are op or something is op a block but you cant tell

Basically click on MediaFire-MCpack. You will be redirected to mediafire, then click the blue "download button". After that an Mcpack will be downloaded click on the pack that appeared on the bottom of your screen it will then open Minecraft Bedrock and a notification will appear this will say something like, downloading addon. To use the pack make a new MC world and go to resource packs and activate the resource, do the same by going to behavior packs and activate the mod.
