As of V2:
made a better system for damage, now you actually breathe water, rather than be damaged in air.
Water breathing potions can be used to breathe air for a short amount of time.
next steps:
Fix turtle helmets being op
edit 1: Turns out they don't, I'll attempt to make them work.
edit 2: I'm updating the pack now, I've changed part of the mod to make it work better and now water breathing potions work.
