This addon shuffles the spawning of all mobs that spawn naturally. For example, nether mobs can now take the spawning rules of overworld mobs and vice versa. Spawners are unaffected.

Ok so it seems like this is a very.....vanilla randomizer. Not really much randomization going on as most of the overworld mobs for both seeds seems to be for the most part, unchanged, and there's barely any mobs in the nether, and 0 mobs in the end aside from the dragon and shulkers. Just saying.
