you can do this manually by duplicating your world (just in case) looking at how mich space it uses up compared to all the other worlds, force quitting minecraft, going to files > minecraft > games > com.mojang > minecraftWorlds > (just try to find the folder with your world just check them all)…

I tried this on a LAN world from my ps4, but it is named “unvalid name.mcworld” how do i make it valid?

Stop spamming Update, I'm gonna presume trying to update the world export with the new UI is really hard since you'd have to create a new texture and modify the code as in the old export it was already in the code of Minecraft
