I cant play the new version on the world keep saying "a newer version of ect" and i cant do it on a file too its keeps "World Import Failed" can you fix it in anyway

Try making a new flat world then save it, and go to file manager then copy the db file of clark city to the file of your newly created world.. replace it with clark city's db file
