To change the chest boat icon to the recovery compass:
Find the item ID of the recovery compass at the Minecraft wiki

Next, on the bedrock.dev wiki, convert the item ID to item ID AUX:
Aux = ID * 65536


If OSCC is already in your Minecraft game:
File directory: com.mojang > resource_packs > oscc > oscc > ui > hud_screen.json

Inside the hud_screen.json file:
On line 11, locate {"[email protected]":{"property_bag":{"#item_id_aux:42336256}}},
Replace "42336256" with your calculated item ID aux. Save the file and run Minecraft.

For anyone seeing a boat instead of a recovery compass, change the first item_id_aux in the hud_screen.json file to 42795008.

My recovery compass is faulty, it shows as boat ( 1.19.51 )

the recovery compass is not working it shows other items i tried to fix it by changing the item id aux using the link u gave on the hud screen but instead it just changes into another item

have an issue with this pack, on my game the recovery compass appear a boat on place
could be a conflict

Can you please make an option for those who play poket style? Changing the compasses and clock in a place where you can see without getting in the way, the way it is, hunger stays on the compasses and doesn't let you see.

Not working on Realms, Recovery compass showing up as quartz

I fixed the issue that there's no clock in the screen and swap the file.
If you have the issue lease redownload from the same url.

And the place where the compasses are on the cell phone is the same place that shows hunger (the chicken meats) is on top of the compasses so it's bad to see.

This is of great help, but why don't I have the clock like in the picture? the two compasses appear but not the clock.
