Remove Circle Selector by LiaPlayz (Pocket Edition ONLY)

If you are playing Minecraft 1.18.2 or older this is still working. If you are playing 1.18.3 or newer it will not. The new Render Dragon engine used does not support shaders and until it's able to I am unable to update this pack.

This addon did not state that it worked in the beta.
