Saturated Vanilla 16x

A simple texture pack where all textures are standard vanilla but extra saturation and contrast has been applied through an automated script, so all biomes, all mobs, and all worlds are changed with slightly more intense color levels.

One question, what program do you use to saturate textures that are not in png, for example a texture that is in a .tga file? The thing is that I want to saturate the texture of the sheep, that is, the "sheep.tga" but I want to do that with the classic Minecraft sheep from 1.12, but if I learned to do it with a .tga file it works for me
