Looks great, performs great, works in 1.21. I do have a couple ideas to make it look better. It should show up on your back as long as its in the inventory, I just think that it would be a nice visual aspect.

Your trash doesn't work with potions it turns them into water bottles

You can use multiple backpacks in your inventory, but I will do this in v2
