Mind if I use this skin as apart of a skin pack? I dont know if I will make it, but if I will, can I have the permission to use it?

Great skin! I always wished Rantaro lived a bit longer.. fun fact, the devs wanted him to live longer, but the game was already close to done so he got his current fate.
