Soul Magic

Do you ever think it's silly that mob spawners and spawn eggs exist in the game, but are not obtainable in survival mode? Or do you get annoyed that mods that make them craftable usually make them really easy to make? I think it's time that changes. Soul Magic adds some difficult, but not impossible methods of getting spawn eggs and mob spawners in survival mode.

They can be found in nether fortress or end city loot chests.

The cool thing would be to be able to run around the world to find the spawner and with its complement and be able to collect them and place them wherever you want, and with the items to collect souls we can mutate the monster generator, I think that would make this addons perfect.

That's not really possible in bedrock edition right now, but it would be neat.

Cool mod but the soul meal is functioning as the random spawn egg. When used on the ground a random mob is spawned. The actual random spawn egg does not function. Rad ideas and nice execution other than that.

That's the intended behavior. The "Random Spawn Egg" item is a placeholder item that is not actually used in game and doesn't do anything. Soul Meal is supposed to spawn random mobs.
