Probably in a few days. One of the developers have said that the 0.13 version of Minecraft has been submitted to Apple a while ago: https://twitter.com/_tomcc/status/666592020023111680

Android, but this seed works for both iOS and Android. Currently just Android, but as soon 0.13 is officially released for iOS and Android it will work for all devices.

that is true. I got the new update for minecraft 0.13
