Upgraded Netherite [1.21.20+] (V3!)

With this add-on you will be able to upgrade your netherite equipment even further, gaining special effects and more strength. The evolution system will have a new look, allowing you to progress further in the game

firstly, make the boots have the same amount of upgradable times as the rest, and secondly I think the old way of upgrading with unique upgrades is cooler.

Fix the pickaxe, it's not working properly on some ores and obsdian. Also fix the upgrade template craft, it's only giving 1 instead of 2

I can't duplicate the Power template anymore, you set it to only get one in crafting, wasting netherite and diamond, please solve this, I like the mod.
