This addon adds 14 hats with status effects with Utilities for Minecraft, the addon is in a BETA version. It works from version 1.17 to the latest Minecraft Update (in Theory)

A skeleton hat that just looks like a small Skeleton sitting on your head (Effect: Thorns ||)
A Warden mask that has its horns moving around (Effect: Strength IV)
A small hat that looks like Sonic's quills (Effect: Speed IV)
